UICN-Med y el Centro Helénico de Investigación Marina presentan el Atlas de las profundidades del Mar Mediterráneo Oriental, la primera obra colectiva que recopila los conocimientos existentes sobre las aguas más profundas del Mediterráneo Oriental, centrándose en la biodiversidad «oculta» que alberga y en las principales amenazas. Gracias a las contribuciones de más de 48 expertos, esta publicación pretende convertirse en una herramienta útil para apoyar los esfuerzos de planificación espacial y de recursos naturales y contribuir al desarrollo sostenible de la economía azul.
